Disabled from MRSA Infection

My name is Dr. Jay. I am an Injured Worker from Florida, now retired to New Mexico. I was hurt in 1991, denied treatment multiple times and the carrier SRS used unlicensed healthcare personnel untrained in my injury to arrange the closing of my case and denial of healthcare and benefits. In 1994 I had the beginnings of 19 separate surgical procedures. I am totally and permanently disabled with MRSA - a in wound hospital acquired staph infection that never healed and went into my lungs causing bronchiatesis after several year history of atelectasis from anesthesia (anesthetic pneumonia).

There were denials of tests, surgeries, reimbursement for healthcare costs, medicare reimbursements and incompetent surgeons after highly prejudiced $1000 IME (whorish insurance doctors) examinations including those which caused increased neuropathies and incontinence.

My damage that was negated were 5 herniated disks, stenois, compression of the spinal column and cervical bone spurs. And of course they sent me to psychiatrists trying to prove the pain was not from physical causes. Psychiatrists did not concur with the insurance carrier and so advised them in writing. They simply insisted that on April 10th - that all treating doctors consider me at maximum medical improvement (without treatment or prescribed surgeries by June 30th, 1992. That, of course was impossible, I had three job tries, all failed due to back and neck problems.

During the process benefits were cutoff twice without notification, wage loss checks dematerialized and I had several emergency room visits.

The surgeries went south with staph infections and osteomyelitis and about 3-4 months over the period of one year on Vancomycin IV. I was shipped from one septic hospital that caused the first infection - to an infectious respiratory treatment hospital, because it was cheaper, then back to the infectious hospital to a home hospital bed facility with IV's at my apartment without care, ... and it went on and on and the insurance company frauds in rehab were numerous and the last surgery rendered me infected and terminal.

I was instructed by a psychologist to keep impeccable records - I have, they are now in a Trilogy - DON'T GET HURT AT WORK IN AMERICA (free online to injured workers and politicians working to better the w/c systems distribution of positive healthcare). Book Two is Called CESSPOOLS IN NEW MEXICO and is about government and corporate america fraud and fraud in New Mexico Courts. And Book Three is called THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION (to the neverending story of workers' compensation).

I will put up a website which will feature the first book DON'T GET HURT with a free download to anyone who registers. The others will come online as released by editing and legal dept.

Sincerely,

Dr. Jay
