Numerical Exceptions: None; Casual employers who employ fewer than 3 employees are exempt and agricultural services who employ fewer than 5 employees are exempt.

Choice of Physician: Employee makes the initial choice of physician.

Waiting Period For Comp Benefits After Injury: 3 days

Compensation is retroactive if disability continues for what period of time from the date of injury? More than 7 days

Attorney Fees Permitted: Attorney fees limited to 20% of claimant's or dependent's award, 208 week limit, statute
