I was an Employee with Russellville City Schools as a school bus driver where i had an incident on a school bus which i could handle what throwed me into this PTSD was the new administration and the supervisor manipulating her.
I was discriminated against buy taking test others didn't take wasn't told about ins meeting we had on the side causing loss of benefits by supervisor. Was off work because was told not to come back because i asked for backup help would not have ask if i knew the way the supervisor was going to act. But thought nothing about it being that I had seen him give a monitor to a girl who was having trouble with her husbands X Wife thought that violence on the bus was more important than that. Which he caused letting a high school student ride with out a pass causing violence on the bus.
When i confronted him with what happened he knew then he was going to get rid of me which was not right causing me to be overwhelmed with PANIC ANXIETY PTSD which i am having to deal with today unable to make againfull living as a part-time hairdresser. was lead to believe after the incident that i would still have a job after him telling me not to come back I took all my updates to return to work took my driving classes had my psysical he refused this at the update telling me to hold onto it till time to drive knowing i was not going to drive.
I filed a grievance against him all i ever heard was about how vague and ambitious was. Ask for a meeting with supervisor and supertindent had the school attorney there telling me nothing i could but reapply for employment like i was a criminal.
Even called me telling me another route had come available he said he had to tell me about it that's when he called said they was not going to renew my contract. Now this is where the PTSD came in i didn't have a mental problem before but after they got through i did and stll have. I hope supervisors will not be able to continue to give this kind of treatment.
