Chemical Injury From Spilled Perfume

I was chemically injured at work when a fellow emloyee spilled a bottle of perfume in the restroom, which is a unisex toilet off of a conference/break room.

I now experience shortness of breath and muscle spasms when exposed to almost all petro-chemicals and any form of smoke.

Work Comp has denied liability, saying I am at no greater risk of being exposed there than in the general public.

Well, when the fumes travel down the hallway to my office, and I have to work there 8 hours a day, that argument doesn't hold water.

To add insult to injury, I was asked to resign from that position by the employer, because they refused to accommodate my new disability.
