Electrocution Injury At Work

On 6-1-1999 I was working as an electrician for 30 years with no problems. Got hungup on 277 and couldn't get off it, jerking out of control for a long time.

Died in ceiling and hit top of ladder on the way down with my chest and landed on the concrete floor where I busted my left ankle and left shoulder that was pulled out of the socket by the electricity in the ceiling.

The left shoulder went to pieces with the shoulder pulled apart before hitting the concrete. Hitting my head and jaw together busting several teeth.

I was dead and came back to life on the floor, being out of it can't remember much but the pain set in and I knew I was alive.

My eye sight was effected by the fall and couldn't see for days and had the pressure behind the eye ball that felt like someone finger pushing the eye balls out. My pancreas, bladder, kidneys, and bowls all shut down and kept messing on my self with out any control. Blood sugar went over 600 but never had the problem before entering the hospital.

Today is June 18, 2002 and have not seen a doctor at all for my electrical related injuries and internal organs that was damaged like my left lung was blown out in three places and still have not seen a doctor.
