Tendonitis and Disc Hernations From Work Injury

Hello may name is Sue and I am fed up with the games that all play in a workers comp issues.

I was diagnosed with tendonitis of both elbows back in 98. I also had a MRI which showed I had three herniated disk in my neck. My ex lawyer told me not to mention my neck because it could ruin my chances for surgery on my elbows.

Well I am so sorry I listened to her. I had the surgery in 2000 but the pain in my arms never went away and now it is locked into my shoulder blades. I asked my doctor before surgery could this be coming from my neck but he said no and never looked at my MRI for my cervical spine.

I have been in pain for four years now and feel like I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown. My new lawyer is trying to get state insurance to except my neck as injury but we all know how that goes.

This all started when I lost feeling in last two fingers on both hands for over a month. All emg were negative. I am so tired of all this. My hands still fall asleep and the pain in my arms is unbearable at times. I hope and pray to God every night that the pain would just go away.

I asked my lawyer to settle but he is giving me the run around, I just want this to end. I go to doctors and feel like I am their just to add another few dollars to their accounts.

If anybody has any suggestions please let me know. I don't know what else to do.
