Long Struggle For Worker's Compensation Benefits

I have an Ohio workers' compensation claim it about 28 years old, i have been paid the 1974 of $112.00 a week.

I was awarded on dec 26 2001 a higher rate of $ 320.00 a week plus 2 years from the time that the application was filed by the staff hearing officer for the industrial of Ohio.

The Bureau of Ohio Workers Compensation of ohio had 14 days to appeal that order to the industrial commission of ohio but did not.

The BWC instead of paying the $ 320.00 file a order denied that amount and I, appeal their order up and to the industrial commission and was rule against me .

I was 20 years old at the time of the accident, unskilled labor, working for a mining co with a contract that may wages would of had increase.

I, am pt disable by the BWC and Industrial Commission of Ohio.
