Job-Related Injury to Back

I sustained a back injury at work, which has left me unemployed and suffering greatly with pain and without proper care. I do have an attorney, which appears to be helping workman comp more instead of helping me getting the proper medical attention so I can get back to living a halfway normal life. I cannot stand on my feet for very long at a time. I am in severe pain constantly. From the get go everyone in concern had all facts by EMG, nerve conduction test, MRI, and other testing proving what exactly is wrong.

They would not allow me to see doctors that would comply with the facts that was showing on my tests or try to help me find out what is wrong but instead they helped workman comp and the employers health care manager Gates McDonald by saying there was nothing wrong. Alternatively, putting it in such a fashion on the report to prevent me from getting proper treatment and testing. This prevented me from getting the right help to fix my condition.

Workman comp and our state's policies allowed my employer's health manager; Gates McDonald to force me to see their doctors. They lied on the reports to prevent responsibility to help patient getting the right medical treatment. They have lost forms, constantly change case managers that held things up, denied prompt help, and even admitted to me on the phone that they are going to do everything possible to keep from paying. They said, "that this is there job to help the employer". They are trying to use excuses that other things caused my problems. They had the facts that I did not have problems when I was working. My work before the injury consist of walking 9 to 15 miles a shift.

After my injury, I could not walk hardly at all. Moreover, it has caused other life threatening conditions. Nevertheless, they are denying that they did not have any of these testing and reports. Why didn't my attorney make an issue of this? My attorney had these test too which proved of my medical conditions but when they went to hearings, they did not submit the facts of my condition.
