Back and Leg Pain With Nerve Damage From Workplace Injury

My name is Betty and I was Injured at my job on April 29th 2003. Since my accident I have found that I can not do the things that I use to do.

I have been to see Six different doctors, and two physical therapy doctors, and to this day I still do not have any real answers as to what all has happen to me. They all seem to have a different opinion as to what has happen.

I know that I have nerve damage on my left leg from my back to my foot on the left side, I now have a Leg length difference, and two bulging disk in my back, and have been told that I have Sacroiliac joint problems. Some of this was found with MRI.

The doctors that I have been sent to it seems like just when we are getting somewhere they send me on to some one else, who then changes the whole diagnosis. I was sent back to work after 6 weeks and at that point no x-rays MIR, or anything had been taken.

I experience pain on my left side everyday, some worse then other days, I am unable to spend the times that my family use to, enjoy together due to the pain and limping, I have ask for all people involved in this problem to hear me but it is if I have no voice.

The job that I do is Overnight stocking for a large retail store. So you can imagine the pain that I experience on a daily bases. At this point I only wish that I new where I could turn to get help.

I fine myself having a hard time in the morning after work just getting up the stairs of my home. The only thing that I here from My company now is that they have no more doctors to send me too but the one before. I am beginning to think that they think that i'm crazy.

But believe me the stress that I feel on a daily basis and the Pain that I feel everyday, I very much real. I just wish I knew where to turn to to ever get this to turn in my favor, I feel that now that this has gone on for a year now, that this is permanent and this alone is depressing.

Thank you for the chance to speak even if there is no hope for me maybe I have been a voice for others .
