Workplace Back Injury Requiring Multiple Surgeries

I was injured in July of 1999, at the age of 24. I have had three back surgeries and now have a permanent nerve problem where my first spinal fusion was done at L3-4.

Now my former employers insurance company is trying to say that my disc injuries, except where I had the fusion, are pre-existing conditions.

At the time of my injury I was an active, healthy, 24 year old female who NEVER had any back related problems. Now after 4 and a half years I lost allot of mobility, I'm in constant pain, and take over 20 pills a day to try and function.

I'm a newlywed who had to keep putting off her wedding because of surgeries and recovery time, and having kids is out of the question because of my lower discs. Not to mention the narcotics I'm on!

And now I have no income, I'm waiting for some decision from SSI, workman's comp refuse to cover any medical bills or prescriptions(which costs thousands every month) and I can"t get any other health insurance. So I have to sit and wait until the state of Wisconsin gives me a court date which was filed for months ago, but I still haven't heard any news on it.
