Shoulder Injury From Catching a Falling Patient
I injured my shoulder, when a patient fell. It took over a year and several Dr.s before they agreed to do surgery. It has now been 18 months, I have yet to see any of the money they promised over three months ago.
My lawyers office told me if I wanted to make them put my case on the back burner, they would be happy to give them another call. I go to P.T. 3 days week and have three children.
My husband has a good job, however there was a reason I was working in the first place. We have been so close to losing everything. I am tired of getting up every morning and putting on a happy face for everyone.
My only hope is one day these case workers get hurt on the job, only to see how much fun we really have in a day.
I would at least like them to plan on paying their bills on time only to find out they want you to see one more doctor.
I have told my creditors over and over, I should know something soon. Only to have them send yet another letter saying, if there is no dispute we will be paying TTD,s in 10 days. That was two months ago. Good Luck to all, stay after them!
